The Poly Studio R30 Audio / 4K Video Soundbar (EU) brings clear communication to small meeting rooms, huddle spaces and demanding home offices. It combines high-quality audio and 4K video in one compact device – for convincing video conferences without technical stress.

Ideal for teams that want to be ready quickly and value a confident, professional presence on every call.

Product benefits

All-in-one concept: Soundbar with integrated camera for tidy setups and fewer cables.
4K video: Sharp image quality for a professional presence in meetings, training sessions and customer calls.
Optimised for small rooms: Designed for focused conversations where intelligibility matters.
Easy start: Quick commissioning and straightforward integration into common conferencing workflows.
Improved intelligibility: Clear sound supports productive discussions and reduces the need for repetition.
Space-saving: Compact design – suitable for use with a monitor, on a sideboard or in the meeting area.
EU version: Designed for use in European environments and professional procurement.

Description

With the Poly Studio R30 Audio / 4K Video Soundbar (EU), you can upgrade meeting rooms and workstations specifically for video conferencing without having to combine several individual components. The result: a tidy workplace, a consistent meeting experience and a professional impression in both internal coordination meetings and external appointments.

Whether for daily stand-ups, project reviews or customer discussions – the soundbar supports natural communication by bringing picture and sound together in one device. This saves time during setup, reduces potential sources of error and creates a reliable basis for hybrid collaboration.

Use & tips

Position the soundbar so that the camera and discussion area are well aligned – ideally at eye level.
Use a quiet room acoustic environment (e.g. curtains, carpet) to further improve speech intelligibility.
Plan a fixed room configuration for recurring meetings so that every call can start without rearranging equipment.
Ensure even lighting in the room so that 4K video is shown to best effect.

Notes

For long-term reliable use, we recommend regular cleaning with a soft, dry cloth and a secure, stable mounting or standing position. Before use, check compatibility with your conferencing software and keep firmware and system updates up to date to help ensure functionality and stability.
