Premium HD wideband audio, an enhanced speakerphone with two microphones, advanced audio processing and the Mitel 6869’s unique acoustic design ensure clear, crystal-clear conversations in hands-free mode. An optional detachable keyboard and up to three expansion modules turn the 6869 into a robust communication tool for improving productivity. With its fully customisable key layout, XML capabilities and PoE Class 3, the 6869 is one of the most advanced SIP phones on the market.

Remarkable audio quality:
All Mitel SIP phones in the 6800i family are equipped with Mitel’s Hi-Q™ HD audio technology, which ensures improved performance and clearer voice quality. Integrated HD wideband audio codecs, advanced audio processing and hardware components that support a true wideband frequency range provide the 6869 with outstanding voice quality. Whether using the handset, speakerphone or headset port, calls always sound clear and natural. The 6869’s unique acoustic design builds on the impressive acoustic characteristics of the 6867i. Both models use two microphones and advanced voice signal processing to further enhance audio quality. This makes hands-free calls sound even more dynamic and clearer.
Large, high-resolution colour display:
The Mitel 6869 is equipped with a particularly high-resolution 4.3" (10.9 cm) LCD colour display with 480 x 270 pixels and backlighting. The rich display enhances productivity and usability: thanks to the large colour display with ICON-based navigation menus and an intuitive user interface, the 6869’s many powerful telephony features can be operated easily and intuitively.
Flexible headset options:
The Mitel 6869 is equipped with an innovative headset port that supports DHSG/EHS and modular 4-pin headset connections. Users with wireless headsets that support DHSG/EHS can now connect directly to the 6869 – without having to purchase additional adapters or cables.
Environmentally friendly:
All Mitel SIP phones in the 6800i series are designed with the environment in mind. The Mitel 6869 also supports optional power adapters with Energy Efficiency Level V. Thanks to reduced packaging made from 100% recycled and biodegradable material, the Mitel 6800i series SIP phones are among the more environmentally friendly options on the market.
