The Aastra DT292 is a modern cordless telephone that can be used with all GAP/CAP-compatible Aastra telephone systems (1880-1900 MHz, 19900-1920 MHz and 1910-1930 MHz) for cordless telephones.

Features DT292

The loudspeaker on the back of the DT292 cordless telephone offers excellent sound quality and can be used both for hands-free calling and for conference calls.
The integrated vibration alert can be used in noisy environments as well as in situations where any noise should be avoided.
The phone book of the DT292 cordless telephone can store up to 100 names and telephone numbers.
The redial function of the DT292 cordless telephone allows the 20 most recently dialled numbers, answered calls and missed calls to be dialled again.
In idle mode, the cordless telephone displays a warning message if incoming calls have not been answered.
During a call, the key can be used to mute the microphone.
The cordless telephone can be protected against unauthorised use by a PIN code. The keypad can be locked to prevent accidental dialling.
The telephone can be individually adapted to your preferences by changing the settings for key tones, discreet ring tones, melodies, vibration alert, keypad lock, PIN code, language, display contrast, display backlight, ring volume, phone lock and other functions.
The DT292 cordless telephone can be connected to up to 8 different networks. The connection is wireless.
The central phone book can be loaded onto the handset from a PC application using a special data cable.

The Aastra DT292 is identical in construction to the Ascom Office T.
